Rare Society is a neighborhood steakhouse showcasing prime steaks dedicated to the best in food, beverage and service, where the guest experience is its primary focus. Rare Society’s wood-fired approach will harmonize Chef Brad's balanced cooking techniques, focusing on steaks, seafood and vegetables.
Cardellino is an all-day eatery, bakery cafe and wine shop, including our signature Mr. Trustee Ice Cream located in the heart of Mission Hills. The Italian-American inspired menu features homemade pastas, share plates and pizzas inspired by chef Brad Wise’s travels, mixed with traditional recipes from his East Coast upbringing.
What would you like people to know about your business?
We like to use all locally sourced, seasonal ingredients so our menu is constantly changing. All of our pastries are also made in house at Cardellino and supplied to our other properties.
How was your experience working with GTC Design, how did we help you solve a problem?
Great! Revamping a bar to create a Las Vegas-inspired steak house in a short amount of time turned out amazing. And with Cardellino being a huge space, working to create a cohesive environment that flows from cafe to dining room turned out beautiful as well. We get so many compliments on each space and they are great additions to the Trust Restaurant Group family.
How did you hear about GTC Design?
I worked with Nuwan on the Mission Beach restaurant, Cannonball a few years ago. When I needed a designer for some Trust revisions I gave Nuwan a call and the rest is history.
